在国内外学者的齐心探索基础上,我们终于有了创新管理(Innovation Management)的模型,创新管理将在企业管理的职能上有一席之地。 

创新管理的基本模块是(1)愿景与创意管理(Vision & Idea Management),这与开发公司的创造力和个体创造力有关;(2)研究与开发管理(Research & Development Management),包括产品或服务的开发、工艺或流程的开发;(3)营销与扩散管理(Marketing & Diffusion Management),它既有对潜在市场洞察与研究,又有对新产品、新服务价值的市场实现。三大管理模块相互联动,合力将创意设想达成有价值的实践。

为了完成创意到市场价值的转化,创新管理将从战略、流程、资源、制度四个方面进行精心的设计,使得以解构为主的“创造性破坏”和以建构为主的“组织重建、规程复构”管理活动合理的互动,持续地推动企业的进化。

未来的企业管理者应更大程度地关切创新管理。

Intensive Training Program of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (ITP) is an official
program of Chu Kechen Honors College, Zhejiang University, aiming at developing
the ITPers' talents for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Members

Annually, 60 sophomore students are selected into the program among a great number
of candidates in almost all schools in the university, all of whom are keen on the
aim and courses of the program. They are expected to receive a two-year training
exclusively designed for ITP, in addition to their prerequisite courses.


History

Since the ITP's foundation in 1999, ITPers have done an excellent job in various
activities, such as business startups, business plan competitions, science and
technology competitions. Up to now, some ITPers have entered world renowned
universities to have their further studies, and some have got positions to work
in some of the Fortune 500 companies.


Student groups

Several student societies attached to ITP have been established since its
foundation. They are ASES-ZJU (Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society
Zhejiang University Chapter), IAESTE-ZJU (the International Association for the
Exchange of Students for Technical Experience Zhejiang University Chapter)
and FEC (Zhejiang University Future Entrepreneurship Club).
These groups take an active part in a variety of activities for international
exchange, internship and startup practice. ITP are always looking forward to
communicating and cooperating with organizations alike home and abroad.


Mission

This program aims at developing the ITPers' talents for innovation and
entrepreneurship by means of open education and intensive training.


Teaching model

Lectures mainly delivered by outstanding professors, providing with
communication with some successful entrepreneurs and professional managers.

* Interactive teaching and learning, fully exploring potential of students
* Unconventional teaching method, with case and occasion study as MBA course
* Researches accomplished through teamwork, along with in-class learning
* A variety of extracurricular activities, such as internship in Hi-tech
companies


Practice

Internship

ITP is characterized by summer internship, where theories are extended to
practice in enterprises. With working experience in some famous companies
and practical knowledge on the operation of corporations, ITPers are highly
competent, with the capability of innovation and problem solving.

Internship opportunities are provided by various enterprises, including
incubators firms in Hangzhou Hi-tech Park and some Fortune 500 companies,
such as GE and P&G, which allow ITPers to obtain a comprehensive knowledge
of the operation of a company.

International Exchange

IAESTE -- Internship Program:
As the first member of IAESTE CHINA, Zhejiang University started in this
program in the year 2000. Since then, more than 17 ITPers have been offered
the opportunities to practice abroad, and with their excellent performance
and efforts, the ITP has won a high reputation in the field.

Academic and Culture Orientation Program

Subsidized by Tang Yongqian Grants Fund from Zhejiang University, more than
20 ITPers have been sent to prestigious universities in United States and UK
-- University of California, Davis and University of Leeds, etc, since 2002.

Cooperation with Hi-tech Entrepreneurship Training Center, HKUST

Professor Zhong Cixian was invited to visit ITP in 2003 for academic
communication. In 2005, Professor Zhong began to offer classes on "Start-up
Training" as a cooperation, which highlights ITP dramatically.


Community Activities

ITPers initiate social activities enthusiastically, which significantly
present opportunities to practice the theory and to study beyond books.
Their roles as a leader or founder have fostered their leadership and thus,
created an open atmosphere for self-improvement.

The Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society (ASES)

The Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society-Zhejiang University was
founded in 2003, a society closely tied to ITP. ASES-ZJU, studiously
attempting to educate and network future leaders, has offered its members
unique opportunities for information and conception exchange globally.

Zhejiang University Future Entrepreneurs Club (FEC)

FEC is an in-campus service-oriented organization, providing start-up
training, as well as information exchange between students and company.
Through its knee cooperation with FEC, ITPers practice the management
theories learned in the program and gain the experience necessary for
startups in a better environment.

IAESTE-ZJU

IAESTE-ZJU, short for International Association for Exchange of Students
for Technical Experience, Zhejiang University Chapter, was founded in 2003.
The founder and most top management members of the association are ITPers.
It mainly functions as a bridge, connecting the students from Zhejiang
University and the world-class companies.

当我跟很多人说到我人生最为宝贵的经历,as an ITPer的时候,很多人不知道ITP是什么。也许在浙大这个小环境里沾沾自喜的我们应该更多的走出校园,看看我们ITPer是不是真的能够为自己而骄傲,只是交流和学习是不够的,去了世界500强或是能够走出国门去世界一流大学留学是不够的,我们真正可以为自己自豪的事实又有多少?反思一下,其实不多。
这是我佩服Huony的地方,能够放弃投行自己创每日科技。我也会佩服胡亦遂,毅然离开Intel狂米狂受人尊重的职位,做自己的事业(尚在保密阶段)。当然我也有小小的佩服Richardson,虽然他一直强调自己的小事业只是玩玩而已,但就像他说的,他会是一只潜力股。现在说这些还太早,Stanford是怎么扬名的,竺院是怎么扬名的,道理是大体相同的吧,那么ITP也应该这样扬名。

PS: 如果ITP的ddmm看到了我的blog,小小的意见一下:
1. 这几段话里有一些语法错误的,最好再仔细看一遍,此外用语不够官方,也不够出彩啊:P;
2. 就算在88上发,也不能随便在单词中间断开,又不加划线啊……
